CANCELLATION POLICY
Twenty four hours notice is required for all packages and group cancellations. Single services require a minimum of four hours notice.
GRATUITIES
If you were happy with the services provided, it is customary to give a 15 - 20% gratuity to the stylist, therapist or esthetician. Gratuity is accepted in CASH ONLY.
